What’s Like the Gym for Your Pu$$y But More Fun?

In the past, you’ve maybe read my recommendations for the vFit Gold, which uses red-light to strengthen your pelvic floor.  I’m still using and loving my vFit, but now I’ve got a new tool in my pu$$y-training regimen.

If you haven’t already met, please let me introduce you to Perifit and Perifit + Care.  Perift is an FDA approved biofeedback device that treats stress incontinence, mild-moderate urge, and mixed urinary incontinence by strengthening your pelvic floor.

It uses electronic sensors to provide real-time information about muscle activity. In the context of pelvic floor strengthening, biofeedback enables pelvic muscle activity to be visualized and understood.

This data is then transmitted to your mobile app  allowing you to see in real time the intensity and duration of your muscle contractions.

But this is not your boring old pelvic floor exerciser.

What’s game-changing (pun intended) about Perifit is that it gamifies the experience.  Instead of just inserting the device and doing exercises, I use their app, which connects the device to my phone.  Within the app I play video games!  The games, which help me isolate particular bands of muscle, feel like fun, not work.

Also with some of the games, you can actually play against another online challenger and that just gets my competitive juices going.

While playing the games, the tool uses biofeedback technology to allow you to play games by squeezing and releasing your pelvic floor muscles.  It also targets different muscles within the pelvis–sometimes you have an object to avoid on the right side, sometimes on the left, and sometimes in the middle. The app also tracks the strength of your muscle contractions, so you can see how you improve over time.

Like any other video game, as you progress, the app unveils new and more challenging games and levels.

I’ve been using mine for 8-9 minutes a day five days a week for the past 3 weeks and so far, I’ve noticed a lot of reduction of stress incontinence.  I also notice – with pleasure! – that my pelvic floor is getting a lot stronger.  This heightens my orgasms and, in general, just makes sex more pleasurable.  (Not just for me, but for my partner too!)

It’s a therapy that’s both effective AND enjoyable!

(Honestly, it’s kind of addictively fun.)

But is there harm in an addiction if it leads to a healthier life?!

I don’t think so.

Anyway, I’m loving it!

The Perifit has a 100-day trial period, so if you don’t find it as addictively fun as I do, there’s no loss.  And, compared to the price of many of my other favorite sex toys and tools, it’s a steal.
