I don't know about you but the shorter days, incessant rain in Northern California, and lack of sun is giving me a bad case of the rainy day blues. I'm cranky, tired, and feeling really depleted. Many of us, myself included, suffer from mild to severe Seasonal Affective Disorder. For some, it's impossible to get out of bed in the morning. I just want to crawl into a ball at 4:00 in the afternoon and stuff myself with sugar and carbs.
